Exercise: Many people think that exercise and sports is just physical, and this cannot be further from truth. Sports require immense mental ability and are a very efficient way towards increasing mental capabilities. Sports also contribute towards enhancing memory. You will often find that majority of successful athletes were not those who were good physically, but very efficient strategists. They had mastered the art of using resources, which made a major contribution towards their success. Tom Brady has an abysmal record in the draft selections and is physically not that impressive. But look at him now, No.1 QB in the NFL, all because he can think strategically and quick.

Sports require immense focus and should be integral part of your schedule to improve mental capabilities.

If you include at least these three activities in your daily schedule, you will be able to improve your overall functionality of your brain.
