Castor Oil : Add five drops of castor oil to half cup of any fruit or vegetable juice or plain water. Take this on empty stomach in the morning. This mixture is beneficial for intestinal tract, skin and nasal passage allergies.
Bananas : One or two bananas a day is an excellent remedy for those who have certain food allergies. Avoid taking bananas if you are allergic to it.
Vegetable Juices: Take following quantity of vegetable juices daily in treatment of all allergies.
- 500 ml carrot juice or
- 100 ml of beet juice + 100 ml of cucumber juice +300 ml of carrot juice
